Disgusting service and no delivery

Vodacom your service is DISGUSTING to say the least! How is it possible that since the 20th of November and we have still NOT received delivery of one device nor confirmation of another device! Your upgrades department, customer service department is disgusting! Every time we call its another story another run around. Its despicable! For clients that have been with you for over 20 years and you treat clients like *******. Just a number that you cash is on month in and month out!! You cant complain about the service because there is NO service, there is also NO complaints department to phone and complain too! Secondly why are we receiving **** messages from RAM and fast way about delivery of our devices and to R99 for delivery, is vodacom leaking client information without consent and when you complain to customer care or the upgrades department you get a oh that will happen! Like no one actually cares!! We want this upgrade resolved and devices delivered!! We are tired of the excuses and poor service!!
