Disgusting service and no care attitude

If you have followed my previous complaints (unlike Vodacom apparently can), you will realize that Vodacom has a no care attitude towards their clients - unless they are benifited of course.

I struggled to get data (on contract and already paid for) that is owed to me for 8 months since last year Oct. This resulted in me losing job oppertunities (ie. income), money (I had to buy extra data and airtime which was already paid for by myself but not recieved) and driving around from one branch to another with no help from Vodacom to solve the problem. They eventually give me a Gig of data in the 3rd week of the month - after complaining and posting on social media. A few months also went past where they didnt even pick up that they never even loaded my data as per contract, however I was billed and money deducted from my account for it!

So after 8 months of the same story, costing me more and more money to get what is already mine, I cancel my contract and commented to the Vodacom assistant that I will not be paying the cancellation fee due to their breach of contract.

Now I am being harrassed weekly to pay an accessive amount or else they THREATEN TO BLACKLIST ME. Well so now that I owe you money its a problem, but you didnt bother solving my problem for the last 8 months after MANY MANY MANY MANY complaints!

Then your custumer service people dare ask me if I" recieved the 3 Gigs data and did I us it????" As if that solves all my financial issues you caused me!! Did I ask for free 3 gigs?? NO! Did I use it? Yes, like I had a choice - you loaded it on my phone without asking... Is this going to give me back the thousands of rands I lost to put food on the table - I think not!!

Very dissapointed in such a big company that cannot even find any of the 4 email complaints sent and every new person I speak to has no clue.

How is this a solution to my problem? Clearly you did not even read my review or care about anything I have mentioned-you just care about getting money! The reason I will not be paying the cancellation fee is that for 8 months you have been costing me money and caused me to lose income due to your system problem which no one could fix after 8 months. I refused to waste more money while you just cash in from the error on yourside, hence I cancelled the contract which you breached. If you are not willing to reimburse me my losses why should I pay you?
