Disgusting service and empty promises from Vodacom

I have been waiting for a package from Vodacom since 25 February. They did not deliver after taking up the product. Now the plans have changed and they plan I wanted is no longer available . I have been patiently waiting! They are horrible. They promise you one thing and fail to deliver. I have taken to Twitter with this issue, even less joy. After they stated I failed to authenticate I need to go store. This is after I repeatedly asked them to call me so that a resolution could be reached. Vodacom does not give a damn about service just money and their bottom-line. I no longer take up any of their Cellphone contracts because they are expensive in comparison to their competitors and their service now has convinced me the extra cash required is not worth it! Stay away from them. Pick any other Network at this point!
