Disgusting service and con man sales consultant

This is not my first review on this Vodacom rips offs. Vodacom and it's partner Modeo continue to give me the run around. When all I need is to listen to the recording where the sales consultant fooled me into an additional line that I can't afford. I need it canceled. Your service has been shocking and disgusting after being with this network for over 16 years! I am disgusted and disappointed this is how you treat your loyal customers! I would like this matter to be resolved immediately as this has gone on long enough!
