Disgusting service and brand!!!

I have had such a horrible experience with Vodacom. Please do yourself a favor and use any other service provider but Vodacom. Their customer service is completely and utterly disgusting! I took a contract with them and had multiple issues with the device of which after much effort and complaints - they assisted me. I am now due for a refund and am still waiting from April - can you believe it!!! Each time I get a new story and change to the story and worst of all - they so quick to deduct money off of my account for something I dont even have! Choose wisely!!!! Management cant even assist and ask everyone else what to do instead of them getting it sorted.
