Disgusting service and attitude
Terrible service at the lakeside branch on a Sunday. Utter disgusting service and attitude from the sales lady sitting next to the back staff entrance.. I went in with my mom in law for upgrade and it was like she just ddnt care.. She kept referring to phones on the stand and we had to ask her what other phones are there she only informed us of one phone and even laughed in our face when we asked about more expensive phones.. Very disappointed with the service. Ended up doing the upgrade online and received better service from call center.
