Disgusting service

Exceptionally poor service from Vodacom - I called yesterday to cancel a contract linked to my mail account. I received no sms or email confirmation (as had been promised) after the lengthy phone call. Instead today I got a call about AN UPGRADE for that number!!! So I called the cancellations call center AGAIN - nothing on their side appearing about my cancellation request. I had to go through the whole rigmarole again - with the call person trying to tell me I must buy 1 Gig of data "to prove" that the number is still in use and doesn't get given to anyone else. THIS SERVICE IS DISGUSTING
