Disgusting service

<p>The shop service is down to the dumps their staff is not proffesional at all including their store manager. The do not understad what customer service is.</p> <p>I waited since staurday for a sim swap on my new contract. I called and spoke with a manager and promised a consultant will call me to help me since morning i have not recieved a call even now.</p> <p>I would not refer any client to that shop at all.</p> <p>Store Man: Mahummad</p> <p>Staff: Lebo, Rene</p> <p>Vodacom Matlosana Mall</p>
