Disgusting Service

I app**** for a contract phone in August and was told that there was no stock available. I have made numerous calls and left messages for the sales agent Lou-Ann to call me and this has not been done to date. I was told that stock of the Iphone SE would be ava3from the 8th of October. I called last week and was told that this phone has been discontinued. I left another message for Lou-Ann to contact me and still have not received any callback and neihave I received any communication to say the device has been discontinued This is the worst Service l have ever received from a Service provider.
