Disgusting Service

Vodacom shop at Kolonnade is by far an example to use for the subject of "How to alienate and annoy customers". Every single time I reluctantly HAVE to go into that shop, I end up leaving furious and unsuccessful at accomplishing the simplest of tasks that I went into that infected booger of a place for. Don't get me wrong - its not VODACOM that's to blame, its simply the really rude and self-righteous staff. If there's a great consultant in that place, I have yet to meet this fantasy person.
