Disgusting Service

<p>So I had taken my cellphone in for repairs on the 07/05 and I finally got a sms back saying your handset is ready for collection and I also get a voicemail message from Grant to advise me my phone is ready and I can come and collect it.So last night I went into the vodacom store on the waterfront and I had to ask to be assisted even though no one was busy with any customers they were all just sitting around.Then the consultant goes and checks and says but my phone is not there and he does not know where it is.He then tells me the sms means nothing as it is a automated sms and asks me if someone called me and I say yes he then asks me for his name and I say I cant remember but I will go and listen to the voicemail message again that I had received on my husbands tablet.I then have to walk all the way to the car and back again to prove that someone actually called me..I then go back I tell him the guys name is Grant he says but there is no phone and he does not know where it is.But I can come back tomorrow..You just wasting my time and my money and I am utterly disgusted regarding the lack of communication between the staff and how I was made to walk back and forth to my car to get someones name...I also called there last night and the person I spoke to didnt even bother to call me back....</p>
