Disgusting service

Vodacom is utterly useless.... There's no way to put it easily... As a self employed business owner, overbthenlast couple of months Vodacom has had the knack to cut off your service without any warning or previous warning.....

I pad them this past Saturday 31/10/20.

Two days later on 2/11/20 I received a msg just past 13:00 that the phone lines have been suspended...This while I try to maintain business. So Joe you are blocking me from gaining the income to pay you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well, Vodacom..... Seeing as you are utterly useless at client relations or for the lack of a better term, useless at talking to customers, (as you continuously drop the calls on clients, and we have to listen to your stupid voice prompts for 10 minutes before maybe speaking to a consultant just to drop the phone in your ear, and asking for a rating) Also, just by saying "ahhhh unfortunately"...

I would also just add that unfortunately you are the very worst of service providers...

It is with disgust and spit in the ground that I acknowledge a company such as Vodacom.

Even worse, I pay them for a service they can't upkeep.....

Hiding behind covid and regulations doesn't warrant terrible service....

I would like a senior person from the company to liasie with, as it seems that juniors or the average call centre agent, utterly lacks basic communication skills.......... And basic manners I might add. You might as well fire 99 %of your call center agents.

Terrible service. Terrible communication and terrible client liaisons.

Disgusting.

Once again, I can't emphasize more the utterly disgusting, sewerage type service.
