Disgusting Service

I have been trying to sort my account with Vodacom since July 2019 . The account was suspended but no one consultant could give me a proper value to pay . Further to that my queries were not being resolved. i then get told that the account has been deleted and the number as well. i have tried to get the number reactivated and willing to pay the outstanding if i can be given the correct amount to be paid. Speaking to the consultants does not help. An email was sent to reactivation on the 03.02.2020 and to date no response
