Disgusting Service

I have never experienced such bad service, first of all you book in my phone for repairs on the 01/10/2015, than follow on sms are sent that my phone is being repaired, after so no more sms and i have to call in on the 20/10/2015 to find out if my phone is repaired, after so i drive to eastgate to pick it up to my surprise i have to pay for something i was never made aware of, and stories are made,all of a sudden communication was made on a number that is not mine about the bill and confirmation of the bill... so much unprofessional-ism and no customer care has been adhered to, if this is the kind of business that Vodacom does, than we really can not trust the service providers, As they want to ease my conscious by giving me another battery that work for 5 minutes, i mean What the hell. i would appreciate the matter to be escalated further to my satisfaction as i am not Pleased, Please contact me on ***<br>
