Disgusting service

Absolutely disgusting service or no service whatsoever. Whoever has developed vodacom's "systems" doesn't know anything about customer service. You hold on for 10 minutes for a consultant then they take 5 minutes to do the Popia act, then the "system" is soooooo slow that you get cut off before your query has been resoloved. If your query takes too long the "system" cuts you off & the consultant DOES NOT phone you back. This happened twice in the same day!! Also 1 minute you have internationally roaming & the next minute the "system" has cancelled the international roaming. No notification or phone call to tell you why. What is happening to Vodacom????????????????
