Disgusting Service!

In the last 2 weeks I have been receiving private phone calls every day, twice a day at the same times. This person does not speak. I am keeping a record of them on my phone. I would like these calls traced and would like to open a case of harassment with the police.

I have tried on 4 occasions to phone Vodacom's help line. Always busy - on hold up to 8mins at a time. Yesterday, I phoned the branch at Lakeside Mall, Benoni only to be told that they cant help me and that I must phone the help line. When I said that I would put them on Hello Peter, this lady laughed at me and told me to go ahead and do it.

I have been their client for 18yrs along with my 3 children. This is disgusting that long standing clients are treated like this. I would appreciate it if someone can help.
