Disgusting Service

So I recently took out the Samsung Galaxy S6, I have been having noting but problems with this phone. After lots of useless time- consuming visits to Vodacom Randfontein, I visted Vodacom Cresta Mall, I was told to go to Samsung head office on 14th avenue, went there- no joy. I advised Vodacom that I don't want this phone anymore they told me to \there is a process for swap or exchange"I need to book the phone in for repairs. Again I took my own time booked the phone for repairs"
