Disgusting Service
Good Day
I had cancelled my contract with Vodacom about more then a year ago because they accused me of agreeing to something i wanted to be added to my contract which i didn't.
When the contract was eventually stopped i had to pay the outstanding balance on the contract which i fully agreed with at that time i spoke to a consultant and we agreed that i can pay the remainder balance with monthly installments of R125 per month which i agreed to, i have been paying these installments for the last year and half and haven't had any problems however two month ago i picked up that Vodacom didn't debit my bank account in my mind i thought that i was done with them.
However two weeks ago i received a letter of demand out of nowhere i couldn't believe why this was send to me firstly i didn't stop my debit order so if i still owed them money it was there obligation to continue with the monthly debit order i see this as unfair treatment of the client, why did they stop the debit order? why didn't they call me? this is unacceptable treatment and i see it as a threat and will take further legal action.
I want Vodacom to send me a full statement reflecting all my debit order payments i want them to give me a full detailed billing report on how they got to the amount i owed them when the contract was cancelled, i will not pay them anything until this is cleared and i want a discount on my outstanding balance because of this unfair treatment.
My Account number is : I ********** -1
Many thanks
Edward
