DISGUSTING Service

I renewed my daughters contract in PMB after her phone was ****** in Cape Town. I did this on the 29 April. Waited for someone to take it to her in Cape Town as I live in Rosetta, KZN. She received her phone on the 8th May.

The new phone worked till 11th of May. She then took it in to Vodacom on the 19th of May, was told to take it to a different shop, which she then did on the 23 May 2017.

She still has not got her phone back.

I spoke to them on the 5th of June. I was told the phone is fixed and she can collect it after 12 o’clock on the 7th of June. She went to your shop in Claremont on the 8th of June, spoke to a staff member who said he will phone and email me. I have not received either. The phone is still not fixed!!

She is a young lady that has to rely on public transport. She is a first year student at UCT and has to attend class. It is dangerous for a girl to be without a phone. This is a NEW phone! I find it unacceptable that VODACOM can’t sort this out!

We use to have 12 Vodacom numbers and have moved 9 to Cell C because of bad service. I kept my daughter number at VODACOM, but now I am regretting my decision.
