Disgusting service

<p>i took out a VODACOM contract 2 weeks ago at Clearwater mall where a lady by the name of Octavia assisted me its been 2 weeks and the number that I wanted ported from another network is still not ported, now it's not even active can't receive calls ntn and it's a Business number. I have called customer care the store and the porting department and still no one is able to assist me I'm losing money by the days and there is no emphathy being shown </p>
