DISGUSTING SERVICCE FROM VODACOM!
RATING -0 I am starting a new complaint as seems that both Vodacom and Samsung have closed the other.
On the 28th November I upgraded my Samsung phone and was promised a Smart Fit 3 watch plus ear pods. This is over two months that I am still waiting for these items.
I AM NOW DONE WITH WAITING FOR ANY ANSWER. TO BE TOLD THEY BATTLING TO GET THE GOODS IN SOUTH AFRICA BUT YET THEY STILL ADVERTISE BOTH ITEMS.
CAN I PLEASE BY RETURN GET AN ANSWER AS TO WHEN I WILL RECEIVE THESE ITEMS. I do not want a call unless it is with a definite answer!
ENOUGH IS ENOUGH, Vodacom you are responsible for this inconvenience I am experiencing!!

04 Feb 2025, 08:12They must only reply if they have an answer as to when I am getting my items, otherwise it's the same story that I have had over the last 2 months!!! They have all the details, so just give me a date of delivery!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
