disgusting ****s!
vodacom agents are a bunch of ****s! they try to sell you contracts, and then when you get the email confirmation, it is nowhere near what you were told. they are there purely for their own gain! no such thing as customer service. i want to CANCEL my contract. the amount of drivel i am told to make me change my mind! disgusting. i am LEAVING YOU VODACOM! in excess of 25 years with you and you treat us like imbeciles!

Please can you assist me in another issue.
My phone was blacklisted after it went missing. The phone was found and I have sent through documents to un-blacklist last Monday.
When I followed up on Friday, I was told no documents were received. This was never communicated to me! On Friday I resent the documents and went to a Vodacom shop to ask for help.

PLEASE assist. My son travels to the UK on Wednesday and needs this phone to be un-blocked before he goes.
I have tried to call the number ***, and it does not work. Please help asap.
