Disgusting ******* practice

I received a call from ELITE mobile on behalf of Vodacom

The lady told me that my current bill per month is R763.00 and that I have a sms bundle that I am not using, they will remove the sms bundle and give me more airtime and I will save on my bill, I will be charged R743 instead of R763 per month. This in my understanding then sounded like a saving and I agreed to this migration.

When I checked my actual monthly bill, I saw that I only pay R683.99, so she actually **** to me over the phone and made me believe I was going to pay less per month. (I do not even currently have a sms bundle) she said she will email me the details of the new agreement so that I can check and if not happy I must phone to cancel, no agreement was even sent.

I immediately contacted customer care to cancel this migration. I just find it extremely concerning how they can deceive clients like that.

I then received another call for the other number I have on my name with the same tactic, I asked to speak to a manager and the person just hung up.

This is ******* practice and highly deceiving. I dont understand how Vodacom can allow a company to operate like this on their behalf
