DISGUSTING, PATHETIC, USELESS VODACOM

Once again I have to note and advise with disgust that please, if you are ever looking to take out a phone contract, please avoid Vodacom AT ALL COSTS. Please go to any of the other service providers and take out phones with them. Even go to FNB, as they are also doing cell phones now and take out a phone with them. Their data costs are very reasonable (this is FNB now), and i have not heard of anyone having any issues. Vodacom is a useless, pathetic company who can only take your money from you every month and offer a pathetic service. Finrite (their insurance company) is no better. i have been with Vodacom since 2000 and when this latest upgrade of mine is done, I will leave Vodacom. I will become a customer of FNB and i will try and convince as many Vodacom customers as possible to follow me. Those that I have spoken to are just as annoyed at Vodacom and disgusted with their disgusting work ethic of their staff. It is disgusting and pathetic, I cannot wait t osay goodbye to vodacom once and for all. FOR GOOD
