Disgusting Online Customer “Support”
The most disgusting, passive aggressive online customer “care” I’ve ever received.
Refusal to assist with reimbur*****t of data which a glitch in Vodacom’s systems made disappear, and a convenient disappearance when asked for their name.
Must be nice to be able to be rude to customers and simple end assistance with no repercussions for your job due to complete anonymity.
