Disgusting network

I am so disappointed. On Monday it was raining, and I still came to the office. The following day we were told to work from home, so I bought data for R64, which gave me 6GB. Unfortunately, the data did not work at all.

I had to Uber to work, wasting more money, and even after coming back home the data was still not working. I am honestly tired of Vodacom’s poor service and I would like compensation for the daily 3GB bundles I purchased that were unusable. At the very least, I expect my money to be refunded.

This is really disappointing service. Vodacom is supposed to be the best network, but lately it has been the worst experience for me.
