Disgusting exploiting of pensioners by vodacom

If I could rate it zero stars I would. Canceling a contract has become such a nightmare. As soon ad your number is due for an upgrade you get hounded by non stop calls with offers. In the past you could just send an email to customer care and give notice to cancel the contract. Now it's an absolute NIGHTMARE. My over 70 year old parents are pensioners and are trying to scale down all their expenses and are wanting to cancel all the contracts that have come to an end with Vodacom, instead Vodacom send packages to their home that they said they don't want and try to force these upgrades on them. Numerous emails and calls to the cancellations department was made and just no cancellations processed. My were sent a phone which they said vodacom has to collect again. Then they were sent a router that they said Vodacom must collect and still not collected. Now with their latest statement there's an extra charge and invoice that they do not even know what it's for. They keep telling vodacom they don't want new offers or to upgrade they want to cancel they can't afford new offers. Instead they keep getting stuff sent to their house and incurring charges... this is PATHETIC!!!!! Is this how our pensioners are treated
