Disgusting dervice

I have been with Vodacom for many years. Bit it’s pay as you go power pack deal. To get my number to work on my Apple Watch cellular I was told I have to upgrade to a Vodacom contract. On phoning a young man answered the phone and started talking about needing a new SIM card but I just want to upgrade my current number to a contract. He said he would put me though to contracts and music started playing. I terminated the call as after his ******** advice I thought I would try and apply online. This rude young man phoned me and started berating me for dropping the call. I’m a long standing customer and 66 years old. To be spoken to by some young snot nosed brat hardly out of nappies as if I was a school boy was rude and offensive in the extreme so I dropped the call again. This individual then phoned me 4 time in a row and hung up on me as soon as I answered - clearly to “get me back”. I’ve rarely had such atrocious service. Firstly I’m a long term customer and secondly I’ve reached the age of 66 with integrity. I would think this deserves a modicum of respect. To be spoken to like a schools boy was extremely offensive. Time to move MTN

You keep saying this but absolutely nothing happens. I have yet to hear back from a consultant following a complaint. These standard templates that are automatically posted are never followed up. I doubt that any “consultant” will ever see this post. You couldn’t care less so be honest enough to admit it……

I was referring to something else with Vodacom not the agents attitude which you did deal with appropriately. All I’m trying to do is get my SIM card to work with my Apple Watch Ultra 2. Apparently I need a contract. So I app**** for a SIM Red contract which is extremely cheap as long as it has top up facilities. I have provided bank statements, invoices of my invoices business to clients, proof of address, certified ID card all for a small contract I could afford 100 times over and yet Vodacom has rejected the application. The agent said my credit rating was bad!! This is absolutely false. I have a credit rating of 92% to 94% which is right at the top end of credit ratings. How on earth can this be interpreted by Vodacom as a bad credit rating? The complete absence of feedback from Emily Naidoo to whom I sent my documents is unacceptable. I insist that, in terms of the POPI act that every single document is permanently deleted from your email servers and I need prooof that non one whatsoever at Vodacom has access to these documents. If not I will take this further as to be asked to send the personal information only to get no response whatsoever. Vodacom has no rights whatsoever to any of these personal documents. I would also love to know how you lot determined that I have a bad credit rating when exactly the opposite is true.
