Disgusting customer service! Pathetic!!
Been having billing issues since Feb. no agent or senior manager can get this sorted. Always getting the same answer “we are investigating and will contact you” 3 months down the line no one has contacted me. I’m always calling in for answers! I’m fed up I want my refund and they can gladly cancel the contract
