Disgusting customer service and theft !

Vodacom , vodacom, vodacom. I was really hoping it wouldn't come to this , but after almost 3 months of fighting with you and still no feedback, I just couldn't help myself.

Seems I am not the only one who has had countless problems with your lack of and disgusting customer service. Your customer service is disgusting ! For someone who has been a loyal customer of yours since 2003 , its absolutely shocking that after 3 months you have still not provided feedback with regards to my endless emails and queries. On top of that , you still owe money that you have kept deducting from my account each month- I think that's called theft.

Shocking service. I highly doubt I'll be keeping my Vodacom number after all this.
