DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING SERVICE!!! I thought Telkom was bad but Vodacom is the pits!!! The customer service is non existent, the consultants have no idea what they are doing. The team leaders make promises to help but never do, they can't even keep the promise of a simple call back. They give your details to other sales companies who *****ulently upsell you. My query has been going on for more than 2 weeks and only today did they actually start investigating(supposedly). I will never take another contract with Vodacom. I cannot wait to be done with this contract. I would give 0 stars if possible as I know this review will not even bother them. They could care less, DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH VODACOM you will regret it.
