Disgusting customer service
I'm so disgusted at the service I received from Themba Mabuya. I called to query the balance on my account, he couldn't help me, he said he there's no team leader or second in charge who can assist not even the CEO will be able to assist me so I'm just wasting my time. At this moment I just want to cancel my contract with Vodacom.
