disgusting customer service
While waiting in line for over an hour the customer service was terrible. Countless people went before us when we were told to get a number and stand in line. The staff saw so many people waiting and each decided to take their lunch and walk around instead. This is pathetic. Greenstone mall Vodacom need a check.
