Disgusting customer service
<p>I've had issues with Vodacom for the last few months; ridiculous charges, hours on their call center being transferred from one department to the other...then being told about back office guys, who never get back to me ...I have had enough.</p> <p> </p> <p>I even tried facebook, no feedback... What does one need to do to get issues resolved? Consumer ombardsman perhaps?</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>

Got feedback for Vodacom, the lady that called me was very rude and not paying attention only focusing on putting the blame on me.
I eventaully spoke to her supervisor Craig, and he was understanding and we came to an understanding. Thanks Craig, hopefully the issue will be resolved.
However, i am sill not changing my rating as I feel that I don't need to struggle to get issues resolved.
