Disgusting customer experience.

Absolutely disgusted with the Customer Service recieved at VOdaom. When a client for more than 20 years, gets ignored, then gets hung up on, while on a call after escalating a problem. Absolutely rude agents, absolutely no regard for assisting customers, if it means going out of your way in any way, and absolutely no respect for customers.
