DISGUSTING BULL**** SERVICE!!!!!

I was pre-approved for a contract at vodacom 4u in Constantia Village next to Pick n pay. I also wanted my number to be ported from virgin mobile to vodacom, the issue is that the phone contract is all in the process and looking good until i went to port my number to vodacom , they then instructed me to wait and I would receive a sms to allow me to port my number. So far theres no problems with the cellphone application but porting my number took very long, eventually after 24hours the girl came to give me news that I have been waiting for. and with attitude this was her message to me "the contract was not approved and here is your vodacom sim card where the number was ported to and you can only port back to Virgin mobile in 6 months time" I was so disappointed as she did not give me the proper information on why the contract was not approved as i was in there just a week before to see if I qualify which I was pre-approved, and then later the day when I could I went to vodacom to find out what the issue was, they said that when they had to merge the porting of the number to the cellphone then that was unsuccessful and thats why I didnt qualify. I was so ANGRY because they ported my number and I couldn't get a phone!!! they then said we first port the number to our network before they start the application for the Contract!!! BULL**** never have I had to first port a number before i get the contract. I DEMAND VODACOM DOES SOMETHING ABOUT THIS AS I WILL NOT DO MY BUSINESS WITH THEM IN THE FUTURE IF THIS IS NOT RESOLVED!!
