<p>have just had the most disgusting attitude from siabonga madida from your upgrades department, I was voicing my frustration of how I have phoned 3 times to try and migrate my package and nothing has been done. He handled the situation with such disgusting attitude and made me apologize for saying a swear word out of frustration and then refused to apologize to me for his attitude. I am disgusted with the service and am going to cancel my contact so I don't have to ever deal with such rudeness again!</p>
