Disgusting and shameful!!

This service provider has become quite loathsome overtime. They are currently running a promo called "shakeupsummer" where they supposedly gave me free data of which is I could use within a given time. So they I go the gullible fool I am and I switch on my data to use only to find out vodacom was using my own data that I bought. Right up until their "gifted" data expired. So I've been pretty much ******** into suing my own data under the guise of a rewarded bundle. Shocking. Tried calling into the callcentre but the phone was dropped as it was picked up after a lengthy wait on the call queue. Disgusting! Should be ashamed! Probably shame on me for falling for any of their useless promos.
