Disgusting and Pathetic Vodacom and RAM courier services

I app**** for the 80 GB sim only contract for R299.00 pm on the 27th/28th November 2019. The application was successful. When the time came for delivery I requested a change in the delivery address as I was based elsewhere for work commitments as well as the fact that I had to provide proof of identification and sign for the delivery myself. I followed the correct process which was advised by RAM is that they can only act on a change in delivery address if this is actioned by Vodacom, hence I called Vodacom to have the change in address made. Vodacom had sent an email/request to RAM to have the address changed and, from what was told to me by Vodacom, is that RAM did not act on the request to have the address changed. Three weeks later, I have not received my parcel. The RAM site reflects my parcel K*** as CLOSED. Vodacom advised that the parcel is at the warehouse. Only once did I receive a call to advise that the parcel was on route to the warehouse. How can the parcel be closed without me the client having received the goods. Why hasn’t Vodacom called me to enquire about the parcel, surely it is still outstanding in Vodacom’s system. This is poor service to an existing Vodacom client for many years. I would like the order revised and for Vodacom to call me to confirm the delivery address, date and time of delivery. It is unacceptable that after 3 weeks I have not received what was rightfully ordered for by myself and the incompetence of Vodacom and RAM I am left not knowing where and when my parcel will be delivered. Today (almost one month later) I receive an email from Vodacom stipulating that my case is closed. Vodacom has done nothing to resolve the matter, so how can the case be closed. This is pathetic disgusting service from both Vodacom and RAM. Customer follows the process and you are *********** to perform your own job. How useless are you!!!! I would like the order revised and for Vodacom to call me to confirm the delivery address, date and time of delivery.
