Disgusting and pathetic service Vodacom

Vodacom you are a let down, 2 weeks almost and still nothing fibre connection, we have had 2 calls only from Vodacom, and after making a call to them today they called back to say they are still working on the issue and will call back in 3 hours, 7 hours later still.nothing. Absolutely pathetic Vodacom, will.never recommend anyone to use your services. There's always an issue with your network, despite paying on time every month this is the level of disservice we receive from you. Disgusted really , and my business is suffering because of you, what compensation am I going to receive from you for loss of revenue.
