Disgusting and pathetic service Vodacom

Totally Pathetic Vodacom Keywest. You promised me iPhone 6 based on my almost 2000 talking points for a week now and every time I phone you have stories. How can you not have iPhones but you offer it to customers. Surely you can do you jobs by pushing to get the phones. According to Vodacom Keywest I loose all these talking points but they can't get me the iPhone I asked for??? Totally disgusted, I will take my business to MTN or Cell C, Vodacom are beyond useless. You hold on for 30 minutes when you phone customer care just to find out they have no clue how to help you, they never have stock and they don't try to go extra mile to get the phone you asked. PATHETIC and now I loose my talking points . Disgusting and pathetic service Vodacom
