Disgusting after sales service for a cellphone replacement

I am disgusted with vodacom, I have received a problematic phone that freezes on contract , a s21FE samsung, I lodged a return a week ago yet everytime I phone they tell me that the return hasn't been processed. They tell me a consultant will contact me yet no calls have been received, I lodged it within in 7 days of receiving the phone, yet after sales service is pathetic. They don't care about their companies, I asked for a new phone but I'm rather going to cancel this contract, if they charge I will proceed with laying charges against them, I'm done with companies taking advantage of customers.
