Disgusting abuse of pesioned visually impared lady

I am FUMING! My elderly mother (80) went in to the Cresta Vodacom branch last year October to get help from them to sign up for wifi. She is almost blind, and needed a consultant to help her open her account, as she cannot read the print. The consultant talked her through and helped her sign the contract, after she confirmed with him TWICE that she needed UNCAPPED and unlimited wifi access, as she lives alone an uses voicenotes for everything as she cannot see. The consultant did NOT explain to her that there is a "fair usage" policy on ALL Vodacom packages, and as such, her wifi ran out every month in the last week of the month. I tried helping her rectify the situation remotely (as I live in another province), but got 'servicce bots' everywhere I turned. I tried, but could not contact head office, as they kept putting me through to the call centre. After calling the store multiple times, speaking to 3 customer service consultants and 2 managers, and 2 consultants and a manager promised to escalate the situation, nothing was done to change it. I then visited my mother and went tp the branch 2x (one of which no manager was available to talk to). The 3rd visit got me explaining the whole situation again to the manager, only to find him unhelpful and rude. He told me (without knowing the details or looking at her contract or account) that his consultant DEFINITELY explained the fair usage policy to her. I explained that she DID ask him again before signing whether the wifi would be unlimited and uncapped (I instructed her to ask when she app****), and he answered yes. He took advantage of an elderly, pensioned, visually impaired single lady who went to him for assistance, in order to get his commission. This is disgusting! My mother wants to cancel her Vodacom contract and is getting the cold shoulder (as am I) from Vodacom every avenue she takes. Looking at Vodacom's rating on Hello Peter, it is safe to say this is not an isolated incident. I am considering pressing charges if this is not resolved immediately.
