DISGUSTING!!!!!

I called in for an upgrade on 27.03.2016 for an upgrade. The consultant sold me a you choose contact 350 with 1 gig of data for R 249.95 per month<br> <br> No I don't have the data. I have made at least 15 phone calls. Out of those 15 about 7 have got through to retentions and customer care only.<br> <br> The other simply rang endlessly when I got through every consultants put me on hold and nobody picked up the phone for up to 30 minutes!!!! <br> <br> This is absolutely disgusting..I do not have time I have to work but there is no service!!!!!
