Disgusting

<p>so this is my 2nd complaint on Hellopeter and still nobody has phoned me or even tried to sort out my problem. as we speak i am holding on for Lennon the manager at the online orders department to find out where my phone is, it has been a month and i still dont have it and nobody seems to know what the status of it is. I am disgusted that this is what is happening, HOW CAN THEY NOT KNOW WHAT THE STATUS OF AN ORDER IS. Tevin is the consultant that i dealt... i have now just cancelled my order. i will never deal with VODACOM again. JUST DISGUSTED and the worst thing of all is that they actually did not care that i cancelled my order, it was almost like they were relieved because it was just one less issue that they had to deal with.</p>
