Disgusted with Vodacom services

I am greatly disappointed at Vodacom account services. The sales people are the most rude people ever and they just decided what they want to tell you not listen to the client. Today I called then was told that they made their own decision to transfer my phone to prepaid. I have been with them for years and if this is how they treat the loyal customers then I should go to MTN
