Disgusted with Vodacom

Vodacom has people laying fibre cables in Mokopane who are not competent enough to be doing the work. i have had no electricity since this morning cos they were drilling by my house and drilled through the electrical cable, they heard it pop when they did this and quickly disappeared leaving us without electricity. We have a butchery there which means that all our stock has gone off. i want to know how i can put in a claim against Vodacom for compensation as it is there responsibility to ensure that they employ competent workers to do the job which clearly they did not. The level of incompetence and disregard for their fellow South Africans is disgraceful
