Disgusted with Vodacom!!!

In the 20 odd years that I have dealt with Vodacom i have never experienced such disgusting service. No one in the call centre can assist you because Vodacom is upgrading. So you get pushed from pillar to post and get the same response from everyone you deal with. I am sick to death with the lack of service. I am still waiting for my phone to arrive which was promised last thursday that it would take 3 - 5 working days. Tomorrow the 5 working days are up and I am not holding my breath. I have never been so eager to take my contract to someone else. After much shouting, I was phoned to tell me how good a client I am. Really!!!!!! Why bother.
