Disgusted with Vodacom

For the first time in 20 years I am so shocked and angry at Vodacom that I am going to cancel my contract and port to another service provider. I upgraded in Aug 2015 and got an iPhone 6. Within the first week the phone gave me trouble. Unfortunately I only took the phone into the repair centre after the first 7 days had passed so it then gets sent to the repair department. It came back with NO FAULT which was absolute *******. The phone started giving me the same problems shortly after that and it was sent away again. This time I was told the phone is ******* and the handset must be replaced. I had to pay R4 500 for a replacement phone that was supposedly "new" although it did not come with a new phones guarantee of 6 months but only 3 months. This was in November 2016. Now only 4 months later, the handset started giving me trouble once again so I took it in. They sent it away and said to me for the second time that I have to pay R5 100 for another "new" replacement handset. The phone is only 4 months old and I never damaged it in anyway. And how convenient that I am only 1 month over of the 3 month guarantee period. It is not only about the money, it is the principle of the matter. I will not give Vodacom another cent!!! I was told you pay or tough. What kind of service is that. You are *****s who ****** your customers.
