Disgusted with the sales service from Vodacom in Vredenburg Mall

<p>I am utterly disgusted with the sales service from 1 of the staff at Vodacom outlet in Vredenburg Mall.</p> <p>My mom has upgraded by renewing her contract and the woman working there took all her details and was supposed to order the new phone. She drove all the way to the Mall for the 2nd time and we she got there they can't find her details nor the order for the new phone and the woman is also not there. Now they had to order the through a different staff member which will mean my mom must drive there for the 3rd time.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is unexceptable and very incompitent. To drive out to the mall from Saldanha everytime and this is the service you get is not exceptable at all.</p>
